"The deployment of additional special troops in Iraq is not acceptable without the approval of the country." This is what Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said, commenting on the possible redeployment of another US contingent against the Islamic State.

"Any military operation or the deployment of all foreign forces, special or otherwise, in any place of our country cannot take place without full respect for Iraqi sovereignty".

24 hours ago the US Department of Defense announced the possibility of deploying other green caps in support of operations in Iraq and Syria. We know that 50 green caps supported by an autonomous battle group formed by F-15, A-10, helicopters Apache and armed drones, have been in Syria since 30 last October to coordinate efforts against the Islamic State.

The decision was taken under the new strategy of pushing US troops close to the front line in the fight against ISIS. The operations command was set up at the Incirlik base in Turkey, which has become the most important in the Middle East.

It should be noted that the US, between Iraq and Syria, has about 600 elements of the special departments between Seal, Delta and HK of the CIA. Only in Iraq, the United States has 3400 soldiers.

Iraqis unintentionally revealed the US intention to increase the presence of special operators directly in the country. Until a few hours ago, in fact, it was thought they could be deployed in Turkey.
