Al Qaeda's 2 issue was eliminated in Syria: it was the son-in-law of the international terrorist Osama Bin Laden.
Abu al-Khayr al-Masri, Egyptian 59enne son-in-law of the ex-leader of the jihadist organization Al-Qaeda, was eliminated this morning by a drone during a 'Hunter killer' operation that identified him in al-Mastumah, province of Idlib, in the northwest of the country.
The Pentagon has neither confirmed nor denied the news but the videos released by local sources show the sedan on which it would have been identified with the roof destroyed: according to analysts by a missile - probably a guided bomb with a reduced explosive charge like the Pyros (photo).
In a statement, the newly formed Hayat Tahrir al-Sham states that al-Masri was killed in a "crusader coalition raid".
Jihadist sources confirm the elimination of one of the key characters of Al-Qeada, who, after the elimination of Osama Bin Laden in May of 2011, had inherited the terrorist organization.
