Since the "Granatieri di Sardegna" brigade assumed responsibility for the "Safe Roads" operation in the capital and in the regions of Lazio, Umbria and Abruzzo, a series of training activities - experiential on morale and psycho-well-being - have been constantly carried out. physicist of the military engaged in this particular type of service.

The activity, commissioned by the commander of the "Granatieri di Sardegna" brigade and the "Lazio Umbria Abruzzo" group, Brigadier General Paolo Raudino, was illustrated by the medical consultant, Colonel Domenico Russo and the psychologist officer, Lieutenant Salvatore Poccia.

The training sessions saw the participation of commanders at all order levels of the Regrouping.

Moral and psycho-physical well-being have been examined through the knowledge of non-verbal signals. In this regard, it has been highlighted that the body sends signals, messages, warnings, generally perceived at the subconscious level. The human being is able to control verbal communication, but usually fails to control his own gestures and involuntary movements, gestures that confirm emotions that the body cannot hide.

The work project aims to enhance the human resource as a central element of its operations and to provide, to the Command line, the tools for understanding well-being in order to increase the emotional charge, an essential element to ensure the maintenance and management of stress.

This work is therefore aimed at preventing discomfort and promoting health in the broader term.

Stress management, understood as the military's performance and attention holding capacity (both individually and in the unit / team in which it operates), must be sustained during the entire operating cycle of employment and allows the nearly two thousand soldiers employed in the area of responsibility of the Group to be a sure point of reference for citizens.
