29 / 07 / 2015 - Boeing and the US Navy today provided advanced electronic attack air (AEA) capability to a key US ally by unveiling the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) first EA-18G Growler. Australia is the first country outside the US to get the aircraft.
29/07/2015 - Finmeccanica-Alenia Aermacchi has completed the flight tests of the modified C-27J with the addition of winglets at the wingtips. The modification is one of several planned developments for the machine.
26/07/2014 - Finmeccanica-Selex ES will provide the Armed Forces of Qatar with a system for the surveillance and protection of the country's airspace. The contract, worth several hundred million euros, was signed today, in Doha, in the presence of the Italian Defense Minister, Roberta Pinotti, the Qatari Defense Minister, major general Hamad Bin Ali Al Attiyah, and the CEO and general manager of Finmeccanica, Mauro Moretti.

20/07/2015 - Finmeccanica-AgustaWestland has signed a contract for the sale of ten AW189 commercial helicopters to RN-Aircraft, a subsidiary of oil operator Rosneft.
The contract, worth approximately 160 million euros, provides for the new helicopters to be used for transport tasks.
17/07/2015 - Since the date of entry into service, the world fleet of Eurofighter Typhoon has achieved over 300.000 flight hours. The Eurofighter consortium today confirmed this result by adding that, with 571 aircraft ordered and 438 delivered, the program has "achieved levels of reliability never achieved before".
15/06/2015 - (Paris) Boeing and the government of Qatar signed an agreement to buy four transport aircraft C-17 Globemaster III.
These aircraft will join the four C-17s already in line in the Qatar Armed Forces (QAF) transport fleet.
