Change at the top of the Army's training and application school command

At the Cortile d'Onore of Palazzo Arsenale, seat of the command for training and application school of the Army (COMFORSA) of Turin, the change at the top took place between the army corps general Mauro D'Ubaldi assignor , and the general of division Stefano Mannino, taking over.

The handover was made official before the Flag of the Institute, the Gonfaloni of the City of Turin, the Metropolitan City of Turin and the Piedmont Region, the Labari and Medaglieri of the Combatant and Weapons Associations, in the presence of the training commander , specialization and doctrine of the Army, army corps general Carlo Lamanna, civil, military, religious authorities, personalities from the academic world, cultural and economic life of the Subalpine city, as well as commanders reporting directly to COMFORSA, personnel of the permanent cadre and of the officers attending the basic training courses.

General D'Ubaldi, in his farewell speech, stated: “It was a particularly demanding period, absolutely exciting, a unique experience. Training must be constantly updated in order to keep the knowledge and skills of women and men with stars up to date with technological, tactical and strategic changes ".

General Lamanna also wanted to underline the importance of training the figure of the commander, within which "it is always necessary to be ready to face the growing complexity of geopolitical scenarios".
