On Tuesday 8 March, at the multipurpose gymnasium of the "Saporiti" hangar of the AM Sports Center in Vigna di Valle, the conference with the high school pupils of the towns of Bracciano and Anguillara Sabazia was held on the delicate theme of "Cyberbullying", affecting adolescent boys:.

At the event, organized by the "National Bullying and Doping Observatory", was present, in addition to the commander of the Sports Center Lieutenant Colonel Antonio D'Urso and the general secretary of the association in question, Luca Massaccesi, also the blue world champion of football, Simone Perrotta.

Cyberbullying (ie 'online bullying') is the term for a continuous, repeated and systematic type of attack carried out over the network. Even if carried out in the "virtual" world of the internet, bullying is a very serious problem as it can create psychological and existential damage to the victims, for example through the circulation of unpleasant photos or verbal attacks.

The topic is particularly important in light of the recent Istat data which indicate, as the second cause of death among teenagers, that of suicide due to psychological imbalances.

It is from here that the project against the phenomenon in question is born, in favor of all the children of Italy in elementary, middle and high schools in order to involve them in healthy and correct behavioral activities and rules.

The goal of the organization is, therefore, to encourage the formation of a young person who, as an adult, will find in himself the strength not to be defeated by life, not to base the reason for living on having but on being.

For these reasons, the Observatory has found in sport, a tool to support and prevent youth distress, as an important agent of inclusion, integration and participation in social and aggregative life.

The champions of the Air Force and Carabinieri sports groups took part as testimonials of the event, giving students an hour of extraordinary sports performances in the related disciplines: for rhythmic gymnastics, Blue Butterflies the Air Force Squad made up of the Olympic champions sergeant Elisa Santoni, sergeant Elisa Blanchi, sergeant Marinella Falca and the first airman chosen Anzhelika Savrayuk, as well as the individualist first airman Camilla Bini; for fencing, the foil sergeant Ilaria Salvatori and the first airman Francesca Palumbo; for Judo the Olympian Roberto Meloni and, finally, for the Modern Pentathlon the multi-medalized athlete Lorenzo Certelli.

Precisely in this last sporting discipline, thanks to the preparation of the regulatory technology of laser technology, the boys have been able to try their hand at the practical test in one of the 5 specialties of the Modern Pentathlon: the "Target Shooting".
