14/07/2015 - As part of the "Atlas" education campaign for second year students of the “F. Morosini ”in Venice, the“ Arte del Comando ”module was held from 29 June to 5 July at the Marina San Marco Brigade in Brindisi.

After the presentation of the commander of the Battalion Schools "Caorle", captain of the frigate Alessandro Scalinci, who reminded the children of the founding values ​​of the Navy and the "San Marco", the planned activities started.

For students it was a unique experience to strengthen their character, mature body spirit and develop that attitude to team training and sacrifice that are the fundamental cornerstones of the training path undertaken.

From the sport uniform of the Navy Sailing Sport to camouflage with water bottles and amphibians. The students were able to benefit from a period of "full immersion" oriented to the knowledge of the basic concepts of the "Amphibious Force", between theoretical lessons and practical activities at the structures of the "Ermanno Carlotto" barracks and the training / training pole of the island of Pedagne of Brindisi.

The many activities planned have given the students an intense week allowing them to confront themselves with the various disciplines that characterize the preparation of a marine: they have been busy since the early hours of the morning with hard physical conditioning, artificial climbing, fire drills with assault rifles, hand-to-hand combat, camouflage masking, combat ration consummation and more to end the short period with the final exercise that allowed to simulate attack and defense patrols by putting into practice what previously learned.
