06/07/2015 - The excellence of the Italian air force has returned to whiz through the skies of Abruzzo. In fact, the exhibition of the national acrobatic team took place along the coast between Vasto and San Salvo, on the occasion of the Vast Air Show 2015.

Before the Frecce Tricolori, who had already enchanted the audience with the tests of the weekend, they showed their skills and their technical preparation of high-level groups and airplanes: flying over "Flying Vasto" Association, Yak 52 Gyula Vàri (Hungary ), S 211 Canetto / Ferrante (Italy), AB212 State Police (Italy), ATR 42 Coast Guard (Italy), HH 139 15 ° Stormo (Italy), Extra 300 Emiliano Del Buono (Switzerland), Yak 52 Gianfranco Caprai ( Italy).

The most awaited moment was obviously the one in which, thanks to the MB 339 PAN Aeronautica Militare Frecce Tricolori, the sky between Vasto and San Salvo was filled with the colors of the Italian flag. Thousands of people present, coming from every part of the boot and also from abroad. Many have also wanted to attend the event to forget the tragic events of the past 31 May, when on the coast between Alba and Tortoreto the Sienese pilot Marco Ricci, head of an acrobatic group from Sassuolo, was killed. On that occasion, the Frecce Tricolori did not perform as a result of the grave mourning. He was also dedicated to the day of Vasto, where the air show airplanes had performed, the last time, two years ago.
