31/07/2015 - This morning the commander general of the Carabinieri Tullio Del Sette met 31 soldiers from all over the national territory who have distinguished themselves in daily service activities.
During the meeting, which was held in the Representation Hall of the General Command of the Carabinieri, in the presence of the leaders of the Armory and the General Staff, as well as representatives of the representative bodies of the ARMA, General Del Sette delivered to the a solemn commendation for the numerous acts of valor accomplished with generosity and enthusiasm, often at the risk of the same physical safety.
On this occasion the commanding general, in addressing his applause for the exceptional courage and exemplary altruism shown in the various operational contexts, reiterated how the history of the carabinieri is studded with testimonies of value, acts that contribute to strengthening - yesterday as today - that bond of closeness of the state to the citizens.
