Sunday - It is established in a moral body theNational Institute for Military Daughters founded in Turin during the year under the auspices of King Vittorio Emanuele II with oblations of moral bodies and private citizens in order to provide education and education for the daughters of the most deserving soldiers and especially those killed or wounded in war.

The Navy, within the limits of the funds allocated for this purpose in its budget, grants free seats to the daughters and preferably to the orphans of soldiers who have fallen in the war or in the fulfillment of their duty.

The Institute is governed and administered by a Governing Council whose members are appointed: one third from the Ministry of the Interior, one third from the Ministry of War and the other a third from the Turin City Council.

Provision of a social nature and for a highly beneficial purpose to which the Navy, despite the ongoing contingency criticism, gives its full support.
