The aim is to maintain, during the stand-by period of the PZH2000 battery inserted in the “Capability Basket” called Joint Rapid Reaction Force, the capabilities achieved with the achievement of the “Integrated” training level.
In particular, the TACP (Tactical Air Control Party) cores are realistically simulating the ground-based guidance of rotary-wing aircraft for exploration and escorting in support missions to the troops on the ground (Close Air Support).
The TACP nuclei are taken from the Surveillance, Objective Acquisition and Tactical Link (SAOC) battery of the regiment, a unit with a highly specialized connotation dedicated to information research, the direction of focus on objectives and the control of the effects obtained on them by the shooting of bent shot weapon and fixed and rotary wing aircraft.
