The advanced training module, lasting one week, allowed attendees to deepen, through the analysis of case studies, the knowledge and tools to manage and resolve the main problems that characterize the organizational units they will command.

The Army Chief of Staff, Army Corps General Carmine Masiello, addressing the future corps commanders via video link, stated:“Those who choose our work know that it is a job in which you have to take on responsibilities and trust the staff you employ. Take initiative and above all be proactive commanders and leaders capable of always setting an example".

"Is critical – continued the head of SME – avail yourself of the help of the non-commissioned officer of the corps, he is your main advisor with regards to discipline, staff morale, training and the insertion of new people assigned to the department".
Through specific lessons held by qualified speakers from the Army general staff and the command of the Land Operational Forces, topics relating to the command activities that attendees will be called upon to face in the near future were explored in depth.

Furthermore, an additional module has been provided for the benefit of the corps commanders who will be employed in the executive bodies of the engineers, carried out by the engineering command in coordination with the Infrastructure department and a module for the sole benefit of personnel designated for tasks having the prerogatives of employer, held by speakers provided by the Specialized Training and Teaching office of the General Secretariat of Defence/DNA.
