The objective of the agreement, signed by the Deputy Commander of the Southern Military Region, Brigadier General Francesco Arena and by the president of Confindustria Catania, Domenico Bonaccorsi di Reburdone, is to allow the volunteers discharged without demerit access to an easier path. inserting them into the civilian working world at the end of their service with the Armed Forces. In particular, the parties have undertaken to share information relating to job supply and demand, in order to make available to companies staff already trained in the ranks of the Armed Forces and immediately available. The agreement also provides for the establishment of a joint technical-operational committee that promotes ova the implementation of the agreed initiatives in order to achieve the objectives of the agreement by monitoring and evaluating the results. This initiative is part of a wider program already active at national level - in which the Southern Military Region Command participates through the employee placement and Euroforming section - and integrates the protocols of understanding already active on the subject of training activities always aimed at insertion in the world of work of young discharged volunteers.
