In recent days, the training activity was completed which, from 31 August last and for the duration of two weeks, saw the students of the "Nunziatella" and "Teuliè" Military Schools engaged with the aim of consolidating their knowledge technical tactics learned so far and improve individual and team training.
The activity, which involved about 300 young people with stars, was carried out, in compliance with the regulations in force for the contrast and containment of COVID-19, at the 21st engineer regiment and "Cavalleggeri Guide" regiment (19th) for the students of the Nunziatella and at the "Nizza Cavalleria" regiment (1st) for the armies of the Teuliè.
The students were welcomed by the instructors who illustrated the different training courses, such as: individual combat training, topography, CBRN defense (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear), radio procedures, land use, combat in inhabited centers, weapons and shot.
In addition, each regiment showed its own equipment and simulation systems that, thanks to advanced technology, allow to reproduce very realistic combat scenarios.
The two weeks ended with a day of training in mountain movement using the areas of the Vesuvius national park (Naples) and the Spina Verde regional park (Como), a training activity that requires high physical and mental commitment.
The task of the Nunziatella and Teuliè Military Schools is to provide their students with a complete training both from a physical and cultural point of view, educating them in the specific values that characterize the soldier, with an innovative and modern school preparation, oriented to a European dimension. .
