The Non-commissioned School meets Pope Francis

25/02/14

A large representative of the Army NCO School participated last Wednesday in Rome at the general audience of the Holy Father.

In the evocative atmosphere of Piazza San Pietro, marshal pupils and staff of the permanent framework, led by the school commander, division general Antonio Zambuco, were able to hear the words charged with spirituality pronounced by the pontiff.

The initiative, organized by the military chaplain, Don Salvatore, represented an important opportunity for reflection and meditation for the participants and constituted a high formative moment for the consciences of the young marshals.

At the end of the hearing, the school commander gave Pope Francis the statue of the marshal student, symbol of the Institute.
