The commander of the Navy Schools at the National Army Selection and Recruiting Center

The commander of the Navy Schools, division admiral Antonio Natale, yesterday visited the "General Gonzaga del Vodice Ferrante" barracks in Foligno, headquarters of the National Selection and Recruitment Center Army.

Upon arrival at the CSRNE, the officer was greeted by the Brigadier General Commander Vincenzo Spanò and, after a brief greeting, participated in an illustrative briefing during which the peculiarities of the Selection Center and the employees of selective bodies, located in the cities of Rome, Milan, Palermo and Bari.

Subsequently, the admiral visited the facility, paying particular attention to the competition rooms, medical clinics and rooms dedicated to aptitude selection activities, as well as to the sports areas intended for the physical tests of the candidates.

Furthermore, the computerization process for the selection of personnel started some time ago at the Center has aroused great interest. This project is aimed at optimizing the entire evaluation process, to which the candidate is subjected, through the automation of the selection procedures, the introduction of more modern evaluation methodologies, the reduction of work times and related costs and a greater attention to the protection of candidates' privacy.

At the end of the visit, the commander of the Navy Schools expressed words of praise to Brigadier General Spanò for the work done at the CSRNE, congratulating him on the great professionalism shown.
