In recent days, with the proclamation ceremony, held at the Military Academy, twenty officer cadets of the Engineering Corps and the Transport and Materials Corps, coming from the 203rd “Loyalty” course, obtained a degree in Engineering.
The new graduates, having completed the first part of their training, attest to how the course, developed at the Institute and the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, is extremely adherent to the requirements necessary to guarantee the Armed Forces the essential professionalism in the specific sector.
A consolidated novelty is represented by the officers of the Transport and Materials Corps who, following a recent change made to their training path, attend the degree course in mechanical, electronic and vehicle engineering.
The newly graduated officers will continue and complete their training at the command for the Army Training and Application School and the Polytechnic of Turin with the achievement of a master's degree.
The Military Academy of Modena is the Institute responsible for the training of future permanent officers of the Army and the Carabinieri. The students are recruited through separate competitions established by specific decrees published annually.
Applicants must have a high school diploma that allows them to enroll in university and must pass selection tests.
