The activity with French leadership and named Rapax, sees the use of the SAMP / T component (Sol Air Moyenne Portèe / Terrestre) of the 4 artillery regiment anti-aircraft "Peschiera" in support of the squadron of the "France Air Force".
The exercise therefore provides for the deployment of Italian anti-aircraft structures and the related integration tests with the French command and control systems in order to consolidate the integration of missile systems in the international and inter-force sectors.
The use of anti-aircraft batteries will culminate the 20 and the 21 in May, when, in the presence of the commander of the artillery counter, brigade general Cesare Alimenti, fire activity is scheduled.
