In recent days, the Technical Application Course for 13 marshals of the health professions, frequenters of the 4th course for directly appointed marshals, and the 59th refresher course for military rescuers.

The Technical Application Course was attended by 7 nurses, 4 physiotherapists and 1 medical radiology technician. During the period spent at the SANIVET School, the marshals saw frontal lessons alternating, linked to the main areas of Military Health, with practical activities of on-job training at EDRC of the Roman area. Furthermore, for the 7 nurse marshals, a training course was developed that led them to the qualification of Military Rescue Instructor.

The 59th refresher course for Military Rescuers, on the other hand, was attended by 2 non-commissioned officers and 18 graduates from troops from all over the national territory. The training activities, of a theoretical-practical nature, concerned the management protocol of the traumatized person according to the guidelines of the Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC). At the end of the course, 17 military rescuers obtained the extension of the deadline for their qualification for a further two years.

The future employment of the Marshals of the Health Professions and of the updated military rescuers will represent an important contribution for all the commitments that the Italian Army is called to fulfill, both in favor of the national civilian population, and in support of activities connected with employment in Theaters of Operation.
