The baptism ceremony of the "Fadini III" course and the presentation of the sword to the young students who entered last September took place at the "Pietro Teulié" barracks in Milan, site of the homonymous military school.
The emotions for the new cadets began with the reading of the motivation and values that this ancient ceremony underlies. Particularly welcome was the presence of Dr. Umberto Fadini, nephew of the homonymous Gold Medal for Military Valor and former student of Teulié to whom the course of hats is entitled.
The seventy-one students in the presence of the commander for training, specialization and doctrine of the General Army of the Army Corps Carlo Lamanna, received from their "senior" colleagues the small sword, symbol of belonging to the School which fully establishes the acquisition of the status of "student" and authorizes them to wear the coveted historical uniform.
During the ceremony, some prizes and awards were presented to the students who stood out the most in academic performance and military aptitude.
