The "Cavallo Marino di Candia 2022" exercise, conducted by the "Pozzuolo del Friuli" cavalry brigade command, took place in recent days at the training logistics base in Muggia (TS).
The activity allowed both to test the level of preparation acquired by the personnel participating in the 12th course of Amphibious qualification and to create the amalgam of the structures to be used soon in the "Strade Sicure" operation on the square of Rome.
At the course of Amphibious qualification, organized and conducted by the "Serenissima" lagoon regiment with staff personnel, as well as elements of the brigade command, officers and non-commissioned officers of the operational command of interforce forces, of the "Genova Cavalleria" regiment (4th), of the 3rd engineer sappers regiment, of the "Pozzuolo del Friuli" logistics regiment, of the 17th "Sforzesca" anti-aircraft artillery regiment and of the 5th AVES "Rigel" regiment.
