The handover ceremony between Major General Andrea Di Stasio and Major General Maurizio Taffuri took place at the Army Non-Commissioned Officers School.
The event took place in the presence of the civil, military and religious authorities of Tuscia and the commander for the training, specialization and doctrine of the Army, General of the Army Corps Carlo Lamanna, who expressed words of appreciation for the work carried out by General Di Stasio during his mandate, underlining the significant contribution offered to the professional and human growth of the non-commissioned officers attending.
In his greeting, General Di Stasio thanked all the Institutions of Tuscia and the city of Viterbo for the closeness and support shown to the School and its students. This experience represented an important professional stage for him, enriched by the deep sense of welcome that he and his family received and that made them immediately feel part of the community, making the period spent in Viterbo a human and professional experience of great value.
General Maurizio Taffuri, upon receiving the baton, expressed his desire to continue the work carried out, further consolidating the quality of training and the prestige of the Officers' School Army.
With this change, the Officers' School of the Army renews its commitment to the professional and moral growth of future non-commissioned officers, ensuring continuity and innovation in their training, to remain constantly adherent to the needs of the Armed Forces.
