During his greeting address, Army Corps General Masiello highlighted how "Today, we have learned two great lessons from the speeches of the inspector general of military health, both the transferring one and the incoming one. The first is related to the strength of the great Defense family, represented by our values and the affection of our loved ones. Values guide us in offering our duty with honesty, justice and without sparing physical and intellectual energy. Our loved ones represent the certainty that in our life choice we will never be alone. The second lesson has a distinctly professional character, highlighting how the achievement of the desired results cannot ignore a programmatic, careful and in-depth vision, and teamwork in which each professionalism supports that of those at our side. This is the recipe for the future full of challenges that await us waits, because in times of crisis, as always in the past, our fellow citizens will look to the Armed Forces."

Lieutenant General Catalano who for the last two years has held the position of director of the "Celio" Military Polyclinic in Rome during which the hospital structure has effectively overcome the critical phase of recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic, working tirelessly to reactivate all departments and all services, guaranteeing access to care for numerous patients, without any exclusion, during his speech he expressed thanks to General Ferrara for the work carried out to date and at the same time illustrated the programmatic guidelines he intends to put in place in place during his mandate.
