In Montelibretti, in the presence of the Army Chief of Staff, Army Corps General Pietro Serino, the change in the position of Army Logistics Commander took place between Army Corps General Maurizio Riccò, transferor , and the general of the army corps Mauro D'Ubaldi, taking over.

During the ceremony, which took place at the Multipurpose Army Experiment Center (CEPOLISPE) in front of civil, military and religious authorities, the Chief of Staff of the Army expressed gratitude to General Maurizio Riccò and to all the men and women of the logistic command for the work done, stating: “You are and represent the lymphatic system of the Army. It is true that attention must be paid to the final product, but there is no operation if there is no logistics. The logistician is a person who never stops because he allows others to train and operate. We are fully aware of how important and fundamental this area is.”

General Riccò, designated to hold the position of commander of the North Operating Forces, he sincerely thanked all the staff of the Army logistics area, underlining that the logistics command is a complex machine that requires valid human components, professional depth, experience and a great sense of responsibility and sacrifice. He also highlighted that in this year and a half of command, he has found all these qualities in personnel of all levels, a factor that has allowed us to start planning projects and ideas together capable of achieving ambitious goals. Best wishes to General D'Ubaldi for a fruitful work in the service of the Armed Forces.
