Agreement between volunteer nurses of the Umbria red cross and CSRNE

Yesterday, at the “Gonzaga” Barracks, headquarters of the National Army Selection and Recruitment Center (hereinafter CSRNE), a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Volunteer Nurse Corps of the Italian Red Cross Region of Umbria (hereinafter II. VV.) And the National Army Selection and Recruitment Center.

The initiative, born on the proposal of Brigadier General Massimo Fogari, commander of the National Army Selection and Recruitment Center, was welcomed by sister Francesca Bernini, regional inspector of the Italian Red Cross.

This convention, being the II.VV., auxiliary to the armed forces, and consequently qualified in the field of services rendered in the performance of the tasks of the institution and for the armed forces, allows the students of the training course and the nurses Volunteers of the same Body, to access the CSRNE facilities exclusively on the days of competition activity, and in particular in the cardiology, otolaryngology, ophthalmology and analysis clinics for the competition needs of the CSRNE.

In this circumstance the II.VV. they will perform duties as escorts of the competing personnel, especially the female gender.

It should be noted that the collaboration will take place with the use of public administration resources at no additional cost, and will guarantee further integration of the National Army Selection and Recruitment Center with the social context of Foligno and the region.
