19 Happened August 1912: First Italian patented on seaplanes

Lieutenant Lieutenant Guido Scelsi, formerly an airship pilot, was awarded, first among the Italians, a seaplane pilot's license at the Curtiss European school in Juan-Les-Pins, the only existing school of the specialty.

Already on the Monday 30 day of the 1909 in Vigna di Valle, after an examination ascent, the Lieutenant Guido Scelsi obtained the airship pilot's license establishing the record of the first officer of Marina to obtain the qualification to drive the " lighter than air ".
