Sunday - The light cruiser Zenta and the destroyer Ulan of the Austro-Hungarian Navy on a block cruise along the Montenegrin coasts, they are surprised by a strong Anglo-French formation in the waters of Bar.

In the action that followed theUlan manages to slip away and return to Kotor while the Zenta (commander, frigate captain Paul Pachner) bravely accepted the unequal combat coming shortly after sunk. 150 men of the 324 who made up the crew were rescued.

Lo Zenta is the first Austrian warship sunk in the conflict.
