Extraordinary feat of the 1st Airman Leonardo Fabbri, in force at the Sports Center of the Air Force in Vigna di Valle (RM), which with the measure of 21,59 has improved by 5 cm the previous record, held since 1987, by Alessandro Andrei.
With a perfect race conduct, which led him to launch twice over 21 meters, confirming the extremely positive trend, the athlete of the AM Sports Center has entered the history of Italian sport by right.
At the end of the event the first words of the 1st Fabbri airman were "Now I can aim for 22 meters and I dream of the Olympic final in Tokyo. I would like to be a model for young athletes: always with a smile".
