Mameli's hymn resounds in Saint Maur at the end of the team competition that ended the French leg of the Women's Foil World Cup circuit.

In fact, Italy won the second round of the season, "redeeming" the second place of the debut race in Cancun. This time the team boasts the presence of the foil player of the Aeronautica Militare Sports Center Chief Airman Francesca Palumbo, deployed on the platform in the unpublished quartet also composed of Arianna Errigo, Alice Volpi, Camilla Mancini.

The blues started by beating Ukraine 45-27, then the quarterfinals won against Canada 45-31. In the semifinals, Chief Airman Francesca Palumbo and her companions clearly overtook China 45-32, returning to challenge Russia in the final, as well as on the platforms in Cancun.

In Saint Maur the athletes succeed where last time they failed thanks also to the technical contribution of the foil player of the AM Sports Center, leading the match for the entire duration, up to close with a score of 45-38, thus giving the off to the celebrations.

For the female foil, the next round of the World Cup will be the Grand Prix FIE scheduled in Turin from 1 to 3 December.
