In the afternoon, at the general command of the Carabinieri, the commander general Tullio del Sette received to congratulate the excellent sporting results achieved by Peter Fill, winner of the Alpine Ski World Cup downhill specialty, and the Selected Carabinieri Dominik Paris, winner of the Kitzbühel downhill, Federica Brignone, winner of numerous podiums in the Alpine Ski World Cup circuit and 4th classified at the World Championships, and Emanuele Gaudiano, winner of numerous Grand Prix of the CSI international riding circuit and CSIO 5 stars.
General Del Sette, in the presence of the vertices of the Arma, representatives of the representative bodies and the commander of the Carabinieri Sports Center, has expressed to the athletes his deep satisfaction for the excellent results obtained, the result of a training made of sacrifice, discipline and passion, the same values that animate the daily action of the carabinieri in every district of Italy, as well as outside the borders national.
The meeting was also an opportunity to give the athletes a small gift and a solemn commendation to Peter Fill, granted for the conquest of his first World Cup Downhill, the season 2015 - 2016, which has made history enter the first Italian winner of the prestigious title.
