I thank President Malagò in particular for his closeness to our sport, as well as the Italian Winter Sports Federation for the continuous support to us athletes in achieving these results. But especially on this day wearing the alpine hat, wearing the highest sporting honor on the uniform of the Italian Army, at the hands of Undersecretary Vezzali is not only an honor but a source of pride. I hope that many young people will be able to follow my same path and serve our splendid country with great sporting feats like those seen in this room today ".
