On Saturday 8 January 2022 the corporal Marta Bassino conquered the third step of the podium in the giant slalom of Kranjska Gora, conceding the second podium of the season.
On the same day, in the four-man bob in Innsbruck, corporal VFP4 Alex Verginer scored his first victory of the season in the European Cup circuit.
Finally, during the weekend in Forni Avoltri, for the biathlon discipline, the tricolor Junior and Youth titles were awarded for the sprint and pursuit specialties. Gold and silver medal among the female juniors for the corporal VFP4 Gaia Brunetto and the corporal VFP4 Martina Trabucchi, who repeated the success also in the pursuit test. The VFP4 corporal Sara Scattolo in the Young female category confirms the excellent state of form with the double Sprint / Pursuit victory, winning the gold medal.
CS-Army podium thanks to the performances of the civilian members Ilaria Scattolo and Astrid Plosch respectively second and third in the sprint on Saturday and third and second in the pursuit on Sunday.
