3rd edition of the ''Toro Ten'' charity foot race

The "Toro Ten" took place in Barletta, a non-competitive foot race organized by the 82nd "Turin" infantry regiment, a unit of the "Pinerolo" mechanized brigade.

The event, organized in collaboration with the municipality, was held on a 10 km city route, with departure and arrival at the “R. Stella”, and saw the participation of numerous local sports associations, athletes from the entire province of Barletta Andria Trani (BAT) and soldiers in service in all departments of the “Pinerolo” brigade.

The initiative, which consolidates the link between the unity of the Army and the citizens, has allowed for a voluntary fundraising resulting from the registration fee, the proceeds of which have been entirely donated to charity.

The Turin infantrymen, employed on various fronts, training and operational, have always operated with enthusiasm, passion and dedication, keeping faith with the regiment's motto "I believe and I win".

The presence of the colors of the Italian Army at the race confirms the attention of the Armed Forces to the promotion of values ​​inspired by sport and solidarity.
