The press conference for the presentation of the running event "DI CORSA ... CON I BERSAGLIERI" - 18th Edition of the "Flik Flok" took place this morning at the "La Marmora" Conference Room of the "Federico Ferrari Orsi" barracks. ”And the 2017 Italian Army Championship which will take place on 22 and 23 April 2017 in Caserta.
Present were the commander of the Bersaglieri brigade "Garibaldi", General Nicola Terzano, the CONI sports technical coordinator, Geppino Bonacci, the regional president FIDAL, Sandro Del Naia and the president of the ASD Esercito Garibaldi Sports Group, Colonel Domenico Ciotti.
During the presentation of the event which also saw the participation of the sponsors who collaborated in organizing the event, the program for Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 April was illustrated.
On the opening day of Saturday 22 April, starting at 10.00 in Piazza Carlo III in Caserta, after the flag-raising ceremony, the musical performance of the fanfare of the 8th bersaglieri regiment will start a series of activities including exhibitions cultural, artistic and sporting events, singing entertainment and fashion shows. The day will end at 20.00 pm with the flag drop ceremony.
From 9.00 on Sunday 23 April, the day dedicated to the race, more than 1700 registered in the various competitions will be present at the starting blocks: the competitive FIDAL on the distance of 10 km M / F, the road race 10 km M / F valid as Italian Army Championship, the amateur walk at free pace over the distance of 5 km and that over the distance of 1000 meters. to which the little ones can participate with "mom dad and their dog" to which 450 families have already joined.
The events of the event will be presented by the sports journalist Lucio Bernardo, by the actor Gabriele BLAIR and by the sports presenter dott. Carlo Cantales.
