The project, started at the end of the 2012, has allowed us to achieve a result, unique in its kind: the creation of a model of management and quality control of the teaching processes and of the services provided.
They took the floor to explain the importance of this certification. Roberto Sgalla, director of the High School of Police, dr. Ernesto Oppici, president of Certiquality and prof. Amalia Fazzari of UNIPROF and dr. Alessandro Marangoni, deputy chief police officer.
The processes concerned the management activity, the analysis of training needs, the planning, the planning, the evaluation of the courses and the teachers, the qualification and management of the teachers and the visitors and, finally, the analysis of the activities of teaching support (procurement, logistics, safety, health aspects).
External partner of the school, the UNIPROF consortium formed by professors of the faculty of economics of the University of Tor Vergata in collaboration with the order of chartered accountants and accounting experts of Rome.
As stated by the school director, Roberto Sgalla: "The school has gone ahead and is sowing the seeds for another step forward and a new challenge: to extend the analysis to the environment, to merge aspects into an integrated management system linked to the organization, safety and protection of the environment, respecting the principles of ethics and social responsibility that the school has with users and the administration ”.
