The activity of the Nas continues to continue uninterrupted on the national territory aimed at contrasting the marketing of facial devices of protections that do not comply with the regulations.
In the last few days alone, over 360.000 masks of various types have been seized, from surgical to FPP 2 type filters, for a commercial value of over 700.000 euros.
Among the irregularities found are the marketing of protective devices without the CE mark or with a false declaration of conformity and the marketing of masks without the minimum product information or with the presence of information only in a foreign language in contrast with the rules of the Code of the consumption.
180 tests for rapid diagnosis were also seized for covid-19 without the product information in Italian.
