Iraq: no Italian military involved in the missile attack on the US base in Erbil

Regarding the attack that took place during the night against the US base in Erbil, it is confirmed that no Italian soldiers were involved and the means and infrastructures in use by the Italian military contingent were not damaged.

At the time of the attack, all contingency procedures aimed at safeguarding the security of the contingent located in the Erbil area were put in place.
