The "Brave Warrior 2023" exercise has ended at the Veszprém - Vàrpalota training area, which will sanction the achievement of full operational readiness to operate in both joint and multinational contexts.
The contingents of Hungary, Italy, the United States, Croatia, which overall have deployed over 300 combat vehicles and over 1.200 men and women, including 260 from the Alpine troops of the Italian Army, will conduct two weeks of intense activities in synergy training aimed at the conduct of defensive activities.
The 72-hour continuous exercise, structured in such a way as to allow the participating units to train in a realistic and integrated way, saw all the components of the Italian minor complex employed: riflemen, anti-tank teams, sappers and cavalry components, in full integration with artillery and mortar units.
