The exercise Gabian 19-3, aimed at training the crews in multiple areas, focused on the anti-air and anti-submarine struggle, on anti-aircraft shooting activities and on the approach of suspected merchant ships; all to simulate the operational scenarios in which military ships are used every day.
After a short stop in the port of Toulon, Nave Luigi Rizzo he set sail for the gulf of the lion.
