Although time passes for everyone, there are those who accept it and there are those who do not give up.

After nearly two years of maintenance and modernization, Nave Capri has returned to sail the waves of the sea. From May 27, 2021 to June 3, 2021, the unit carried out preliminary training by the Comflotaus La Spezia commission. The activities carried out were many, varied and also included the support of rotary wing assets in order to train the crew in all operational scenarios.

Successfully finished training, Ship Capri was designated as a naval unit to support the "Caimano" operation, carrying out the transport of vehicles and materials for the benefit of the GOI, from La Spezia to La Maddalena, from 3 June to 12 June. Already identified as a reserve unit for the next round of the WHO mission - Ex Nauras, Nave Capri it is again and finally ready to face future challenges.

Long live ship Capri, long live the Navy, long live Italy!
