Mare Nostrum: land tomorrow in Augusta over 1000 migrants

The amphibious ship San Giusto with 1165 migrants on board is heading for the landing of migrants to the port of Augusta where it will arrive tomorrow morning.

2922 migrants rescued by the ships of the Mare Nostrum device between 17 and 18 Marzo, are joined by 15 interventions carried out yesterday by the amphibious ship San Giusto, by the Euro and Maestrale frigates, Zeffiro and by the Sirio patrol of the Navy in collaboration with the ship L . Dattilo CP 940 and with a Coast Guard aircraft.
