The navy focuses on "organization by product"

Visit of the navy leaders in Ancona. From Maricomscuole to the Monte Cappuccini district, from Monte Conero to Poggio, to the port area with the Athos Fraternale Pier, the staff led by Admiral Giuseppe De Giorgi, took stock of the infrastructure situation and illustrated the ongoing transformation project in order to achieve high levels of efficiency and effectiveness.

An objective reachable through "organization by product", underlined De Giorgi, which would lead to the valorization of its assets, also by taking responsibility for the commands held and thus streamlining the bureaucratic machine. Work and maintenance interventions would be entrusted to military and civilian personnel, according to the logic of "internalisation that would guarantee savings and quality of works".

Speaking of civilian personnel, Admiral De Giorgi called for intense legislative work aimed at transforming the DL 90 / 2014 at work, which opens up the overall release of staff turnover.
