OSSALC diving in the Galapagos Islands

(To Marina Militare)

Even in distant waters such as those of the Galapagos archipelago, the on-board diving teams operate with professionalism to support the operations in which the Navy is called upon to participate.

On the occasion of the World Tour, the OSSALC operators of Nave Vespucci guarantee the control of the hull and the governing bodies in all the springs and bays that it crosses, always guaranteeing the efficiency of the hull and the safety of the Unit.

The crystal clear waters of the Galapagos made this activity even more rewarding, where the OSSALC operated with absolute respect for the surrounding marine environment, with an eye always on the alert given the presence of numerous species of sharks, turtles, seals and fish of all kinds . The contribution of the dive support staff, including the medical team and that of the support vessel, was invaluable.

These activities are the result of cooperation and synergy with the navies and local authorities, without which it would not have been possible to operate in such a protected and exclusive context.
