We are aware of the unfair consequences of a decision - that of the blockade - which had to be extraordinary and necessarily temporary, but which is perpetuating itself over the years, as if we did not want or could identify a more just solution that respected the constitutional principles and the delicate function that we do for the "security" of the country and the guarantee of freedom and democracy.
