The exercise ended in recent days Dark Night 2023, which was attended by the 9th parachute assault regiment "Col Moschin" of the Army, the commando operative group (GOI) of the Navy, the 17th commando wing of the Air Force, the special intervention group (GIS) of the Carabinieri, the 185th "Folgore" objective acquisition regiment and the 4th Alpine paratrooper regiment "Ranger" (Army).
With the aim of training special forces to deal with threats with technologically advanced characteristics in a joint and international context, the "Dark Night" was organized by the joint command for special forces operations (COFS) in different areas of the national territory.
