In recent days, at the Aviation Training Center of the Army, the 1st course "Military Trainers of Technical Aeronautical Subjects" was concluded in favor of technical personnel of the Guardia di Finanza.

In the continuation of a collaboration project begun in the past between the two Institutions in the field of teaching methodology, the technicians of the Guardia di Finanza participated in the first course according to a new procedure, established as part of the agreements between the Army staff and the general command of the GdF

The training course was divided into a remote self-learning phase, lasting one month, and a three-week residential phase, with lessons held by instructors and a psychologist officer of the specialty. The courses are part of the advanced training activities provided by the office Standardization of Experiences and Studies (STES) of the Army Aviation Command.

In the specific training process, the solid technical-professional background of the attendees (expertise) is combined with the ability to effectively manage the process of transferring knowledge / specialist skills with targeted educational paths, through the model learning by doing (experiential learning); moreover, the methodology foresees an approach oriented to the cardinal principles of adult learning (andragogy).

On the basis of this knowledge and skills, the new instructors will be called upon to operate in the specialized areas of their respective training bodies, implementing effective training-training courses adhering to the requirements set by the rules issued by the Aeronautical Armaments and Airworthiness Directorate (DAAA) in relation to the qualification of "Maintenance Managers of Military Aircraft".

At the end of the activity, the attendants of the Guardia di Finanza received the certificate of participation in the "Military Trainer of Aeronautical Technical Materials" course issued by Aviation Command Army.
