In the presence of the commander of the Allied Rapid Reaction Corps (ARRC) UK, LT. gen. Tim Radford, the alternation ceremony in the position of deputy commander was held between the transferor gen. d. Roberto D'Alessandro and the incoming gen. d. Maurizio Boni.

In his farewell speech, General D'Alessandro recalled the excellent skills of the men and women of the staff with whom he has collaborated since 2014, the year in which he took up the post at ARRC, and also wanted to thank the same LT. gen. Radford for always putting him in the best conditions to operate at his best.

General D'Alessandro will soon take up the position of commander of the Army Simulation and Validation Center recently left by General Boni himself, who has in his professional background various operational experiences abroad and in Italy, where he held prestigious staff and command positions in joint forces also in multinational contexts.
