The initiative, organized by the Department of Education of the Municipality of Florence, has now become a qualified point of reference for third-grade children in secondary schools of first grade, but above all for families that require precise information on study paths to be undertaken by their children, in relation to their needs and abilities.
The event, now in its XNUMXth edition, provided for the presence of public and equal higher education institutions in Florence and the neighboring municipalities. Each school exhibited, in its own space, the illustrative material of the programs and training offers with the presence of representatives of the schools themselves available to visitors. This was a precious opportunity for Douhet, who over the two days was able to meet parents and students and present her educational offer.
Furthermore, near the publication of the competition announcement for admission to the 2014/2015 school year, the Florentine Aeronautical Military School will open its doors to future aspiring students and their families on Saturday 15 and 22 February, Sunday 9 and 23 February, and Saturday 15th March. During the meetings it will be possible to visit the School during which, among other things, the main contents of the Training Offer Plan and the relative competition procedure will be illustrated. During the 2013 open days, more than 1400 students from all regions of Italy visited the school.
