The aim was to expand the technical knowledge on the shooting activity by the department's instructor body, which has been participating for two years in the training of the professional figure of the "Military Shooting Instructor" (IMT) for the Air Force personnel Military.
The activity took place in two phases: the first involved the use of the Beretta series 92 model SB pistol and the 12 S machine gun, the second the Beretta series 70/90 model SCP rifle with the support of the Pro- Sniper supplied to the department for activities with shooting at 100mt.
At the end of the activities, the participating staff of the State Police and the Guardia di Finanza expressed words of deep appreciation both for the structure of the tunnel polygon and the Pro-Sniper electronic target, which represent only a part of the potential put in place by the department to optimize the training of the "IMT" in the Air Force field.
For the AM Marshall School the interchange activity represents an important form of collaboration between different bodies and administration as it allows to considerably expand the technical-professional background of the IMT instructors without discomfort for the staff and without any burden for the administrations concerned with excellent effects on the quality of the courses held in Viterbo.
