The Board of Directors of Fincantieri NexTech has been renewed

The Shareholders' Meeting of Fincantieri NexTech met on 29 July and appointed the new Board of Directors for the three-year period 2021-2023. The Board is made up as follows: Chairman Giampiero Massolo, Executive Deputy Chairman Gianfranco Roati, Chief Executive Officer Andrea Viero. The other directors are Lucia Cusaro, Barbara Gaione, Fabio Gallia and Laura Luigia Martini.

In recent years, Fincantieri, taking advantage of the skills acquired in the construction of civil and military ships, has developed a strategy aimed at expanding its portfolio of products and services, orienting it towards solutions with high added value. In this way, it has been able to build a core of high-tech skills within the company, extended to small and medium-sized companies with complementary products that make it possible to offer complete systems on the market, in addition to the products themselves.

The solutions developed by Fincantieri NexTech are mainly used for defense and security purposes, but are also widely used in the civil sector, with particular reference to the infrastructure, industry and energy segments. The company, in fact, has unique and distinctive skills in the field of electronic and electro-optical systems, advanced systems including automation, ICT solutions, cybersecurity, digital engineering, integrated logistic support to the product and systems simulation, as well as technologies for monitoring and protecting large infrastructure networks.
